How the counsellor works

I am a fully qualified counsellor with experience in the 'integrative and person-centred counselling approach. This means incorporating recognised and varied counselling models within my work.

I will draw on aspects of these models as we journey together; I work to find the best approach for you and your own particular situation.

What will it cost?

Each face-to-face session is 50 minutes long and costs £50.00.

An additional charge of £10.00 is applied for evening and weekend appointments.

Skype counselling is £50.00 for a 50 minute session, and an additional charge of £10.00 for evening and weekends.

I do consider discounted fees for those on low incomes and/or students.

What to expect from counselling?

We commence our work together with an initial consultation, assessing the issues that you would like to address and talk through.

Then, if you are comfortable working with me, we mutually agree a plan that we feel works best for you.
